Zanshin Kai Scotland recently held a weekend residential course at the Sports Scotland complex in Largs, Ayrshire.  The course included everything from a stretching class, bunkai from Heian Godan, grappling and lots of padwork.  Complete details on the contents of the course can be found here: Zanshin Kai Scotland – Largs course.

The weekend was a great success and enjoyed by everyone.  Thanks to Sensei Cousland for making a surpise appearance and bringing along his friend pain, and well done to everyone who made the effort to come along, and to those who passed their gradings.
