On Sunday 19th of Feb Stephen Chan 9th Dan Sekai Dentokan Bugei Renmei is visiting. The course is being held in Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome from 11.00 am  –  3:30pm.  The times have changed slightly so here’s a breakdown of the plan !

11.00am – 1.30pm:  Sensei Chan teaching Karate

1.30pm – 2.30pm: Sensei Chan teaching Sai

2.30pm – 3.30pm: Grading
